I'm getting a very annoying, constant, motion blur-ish flicker on all menu screens as well as in-game. It started recently for no apparent reason.

Strange... right around the same time too!
This abusive flicker's started since two days ago for no apparent reason.

I'll be investigating this weird phenomenon overnight.
